08/04/25 Wlk George Miller Strl Roy Miller Walk Precinct CP Romiley Compstall Lne to canal, over Marple aquaduct & lock 7 where an opening on the left & over railway onto a track through Brabyns Park. Passing a White House the track takes you back to Compstall Road where you turn left. When you see a sign for Valley View it is followed along the river bank until you come to a style.Crossing two fields and through a Farm Yard the track takes you up a steep incline into Cherry Tree Lane . Following pedestrian signs you will pass two park areas before arriving back on Compstall Road.Link to walk route Stroll Swan with 2 Nicks Little Bollington stroll link, lunch @ same.
